What is MP3? |
MP3 is a form of compression allowing audio files to be stored in a manageable form. This method allows conventional audio tracks from a CD (usually about 20MB) to be compressed into a smaller mp3 file (around 3MB). This has allowed audio files with CD quality to be stored and transmitted over the internet.
